Amazing Service 9/7/2013

TechRowe Solutions is amazing! They did a commercial job for my company. We needed an entire office upgrade! After I initially spoke with Pam, TechRowe came in, did a site survey and came up with an entire plan for my office that met all of our needs perfectly. They ordered all of the materials and equipment and brought everything on the day of installation. TechRowe is an amazing company that focuses on the needs of their client and I would definitely recommend them! Not to mention, their Crestron installation is awesome and flawless! I am extremely satisfied! more

I hired Techrowe Solutions to install 3 flatscreen T.V's for my office. My schedule is very demanding and they were very flexible and accommodating working around my schedule. In addition, they were very professional and have excellent customer service. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to get good service at a reasonable price. more

90" TV installation 2/10/2013

I am a repeat customer of TechRowe and I have always been satisfied with their service. However this time, they exceeded my expectations beyond imagination. I hired TechRowe to mount my 90 inch TV on the wall in my basement and it looks absolutely amazing. Aside from how much of a wonderful job they did, I can say that I trust them as well. This was the third installation they have done for me and I love the fact that I do not have to baby-sit these workers. They are punctual, reliable, and neat. Most importantly, they respected my home. I would recommend TechRowe to everyone. more

Excellent service!! 12/19/2012

I've had Techrowe do a lot of work for me and it's been worth it everytime. The customer service is great and the guys who actually do the work are always on time, very professional & really know what they're doing. I would recommend them to anyone cinsidering getting some audio/video work done to their homes. Oh and the prices are reasonable too! more

Needed a new TV and sound bar installed on an existing stone fireplace with no pre-existing wiring. I was able to schedule an appointment to review the location quickly and at a time convenient to me. I needed to coordinate with another contractor who would handle the wiring behind the stone. The TechRowe technician worked closely with me to make sure the contractor handled the job correctly. Once the wiring was complete and the fireplace stone replaced, TechRowe again was available at a time convenient to me and did a flawless installation. more

Truly Outstanding technical expertise and customer Service!! 9/3/2012

Look no further for an outstanding organization to solve your home theater system!! We recommend Techrowe unequivocally. They will exceed your expectations! We looked for almost a year for someone who could design an integrated home entertainment solution which the hardware on a separate floor from the TV and speaker system. The responses ranged from "we'll try" to "sure: how much do you want to spend?" Techrowe was thoroughly professional, completely knowledgeable of our requirements, had done what we were asking for other clients, and provided a very reasonable rate. They also were very neat which was an unexpected bonus. more

Great Service; Great Work Product; Highly Recommend 7/31/2012

TechRowe exceeded my expectations on every level -- from my initial interactions via email to the completion of the mounting of my new 60in TV above the fireplace. The customer service was great and the installation team (that came on a saturday!) was highly professional. They even re did a small portion of the job after the TV was hung (b/c I wanted the tv to tilt forward at a greater angle) with not only no complaints, but a smile! That's service. Sure, their quote might be slightly higher than some of the big box stores, but would you rather trust the mounting of your tv to some teenager working at Best Buy or to the pros? I would use TechRowe again without any hesitations whatsoever. more

Centralized Audio 7/1/2012

I was looking to install speakers throughout my home and outside on the patio. I had gotten quotes from other companies who were impatient and could care less about my budget. TechRowe came out the next day and did a survey. The tech promised me a proposal within 48 hours and I received it the next morning. After reviewing the proposal I set-up an installation appointment and I was extremely pleased with how accommodating they were. I am a very busy person and they worked around my schedule. They wired and installed the speakers throughout my house and you can barely tell the walls were cut. Very neat, professional, and friendly people. I will be recommending them to others. more

CCTV Security Cams 7/1/2012

TechRowe installed CCTV security cams for my house in MD. I currently live in FL because of my job, but I do rent my MD house out at times. I can see whats going on in and around my house in MD now on the web. They were fast, efficient and professional. I will defiantly be using TechRowe again in the future. more

Corporate AV Design and Installation 4/11/2012

We needed TVs, a projector and motorized screen installed and also a/v design work was needed to control projector, TVs and motorized screen in two of our conference rooms. I was the manager of the a/v project and called TechRowe Solutions (referred from another company). The project went well and we were pleased with the end result from TechRowe Solutions. Our employees enjoyed the benefits of the TVs, HD video and conference rooms including the control panel. Our meetings were more productive after the equipment was installed. TechRowe Solutions were professional and more importantly knowledgeable on designing and installing equipment. I would highly recommend TechRowe Solutions for your a/v needs. Job well done. more

I contacted several companies before deciding to go with Techrowe Solutions. I have been absolutely impressed with this company. I had a TV framed and mounted in my family and could not have selected a better company. They were very professional and the workmanship superb. If you are looking for a company that will provide excellent service and understands customer service, this is definitely the company. I will definitely contact them for future projects. more

The installers prep the work space to limit dust and took their time to inquire the exact placement of flat screen. From the installation of power source to final mounting of the TV, the guys were non-stop to making the installations as the most important job ever. I really appreciated the effort and time spent to do a quality job. more
