Review content:
I'm a recent graduate of the nine month program at Institute of Massage Therapies (April 2011). Words cannot express how amazing I think this school is. The instructors are so passionate and knowledgeable about what they do and they really want to see you (the student) succeed. This course is not for the faint of heart. You have to be willing to put in the time and effort, and if you do, you will walk away with more knowledge than you could ever have imagined you could attain in a nine month period. The instructors are incredible teachers that manage to teach things in a way that A. makes them memorable and B. makes the harder concepts easier to understand. Going to this school will absolutely arm you with the confidence and skill needed to work as a massage therapist (not to mention the ability to pass the National Certification Board for Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork. I passed the first time I took the test.) On a personal level, this program changed my life. It made me a better, more positive, and confident person. Going to this school is probably one of the best decisions I have made. Again, I don't think I can truly express how awesome an experience learning at this school was. I just believe that if you are looking for a place to learn massage therapy, look no further...Institute of Massage Therapies is where you need to be.
