I honestly wish I could put ZERO stars!!
Let me first start off saying, as my first experience going to this place it was my worse experience EVER!!!!
The owners ... the LADY & THE MAN behind the desk (I want to be clear) are very RACIST! I witnessed them verbally abuse & racially profile a BLACK(AFRICAN AMERICAN) customer. I was in my car waiting for my tire that I purchased.... when OVER THE INTERCOM all you hear is...
“YOU ORANGOUTANG LOOKING BLACK MF, THATS WHY ALL OF YALL ARE GETTING SHOT!!!”
Like WOW!!!
He BLATANTLY, & I might add BLUNTLY stated that over the intercom where all the customers waiting could hear him outside, & also inside!!!
As a BLACK WOMAN myself I felt VERY & HIGHLY disrespected & actually racially profiled myself & I had NOTHING to do with the situation. No one deserves to be KILLED FOR NO REASON, & the fact that the “OWNER” is mocking what is a real life situation is.... is absolutely RACIST & IGNORANT!!!!!!
I asked for a refund because I felt completely disrespected & he stated he had NO REASON to apologize & he deserved it!!!!! His sidekick (the LADY) also stated that he deserved everything that was said!
ANDDDDDD he DENIED giving me a refund and threatened to call the police on me!!!
After leaving the building waiting in my car , STILL after 30 minutes for our tire... (because I could not get a refund) his employee (which he was also very disrespectful too) HE APOLOGIZED in their behalf!! We appreciated that so much & that he understood! It’s sad when your own employees CAN SAY WHEN YOU ARE WRONG!!!!
As you can see, NONE of these reviews are good. I hope nobody else has experienced this terrible experience!
