When I got the Keys to my place I thought it was going to be move in ready with a little cleaning... boy was i wrong and after getting the run around that she will have the cleaning crew there for aweek i had enough I tried cleaning it myself for 5 days YES 5 DAYS because it was that disgusting I finally just hired someone because I could not get out of my lease because it was past the 48 hours lol I got thre keys on a Friday and called on Monday. There was a nasty smell in one of the rooms thought maybe a dead mouse was in the wall and adv them of the situation instead I'm told of a ""funny"" story about the mouse that lived in my oven... while she laughs and i throw up a lil in my mouth... the stove was replaced right?? NO IT WAS CLEANED OUT!!!!! WTF.... they dont return call THE EMERGENCY NUMBER NEVER ANSWERS OR RETURNS CALLS I HAVE CALLED 20 TIMES IN A ROW AND KATHY JUST ANSWERS AND HANGS UP... WHEN I FIRST MOVED IN AND ASKED HER TO DO AN INSPECTION SHE REFUSED....SHE IS SUCH A BITCH I DONT KNOW HOW SHE IS STILL IN BUSINESS AND WHO WOULD RENT FROM HER...I NEVER WILL AND I WILL NEVER REFER HER ND I MAKE IT KNOWN TO EVERYONE ABOUT THIS COMPANY....\r
