Review content:
This was my first time using Moving by Design. Tim handled it great but the packers had problems. The fridge was scratched and expensive pottery was packed on the bottom under a heavy statue. My special lamp got put on the bottom too. There were quite a few packing problems, my lamp was broken and I didn't get too excited about it.
One thing I would recommend is they should label the boxes better. They just labeled by room and I still can't find things.
The set up was great and Tim was great. Working with Tim was good and I had no problems with how Tim handled everything. I'm not sure if I would continue to use their service but I would consider it if I had it done my way.
