Brian (owner) is highly qualified and provides fast friendly service at an extremely reasonable price. For the repair I needed I had been quoted no less than $70 (some...like Geek Squad...were going to charge that much just to look at it). These guys only charge $35 to diagnose, and if it's a quick fix (as mine was) you walk out of there for the same price. He is not trying to up-charge or get one over on you in your time of computer need. I highly recommend that you go to this place for any help with your computer...you will not be disappointed. I will never go anywhere else in New Orleans. Even if you don't live close to uptown, it is worth the trip for the money you will save and the piece of mind.
Pros: Quick and friendly
Cons: I can't think of a single con!
