I highly recommend anyone to bring their vehicle to Woburn Foreign Auto body. They were professional, informative at each step in the process, proactive in their communication to my inquiries and above all their work is first class. They have an email system that allows you to see photos of the progress they are making on the vehicle and if you are inclined to send emails there is a spot in the email for communication back to them. I was also impressed about their knowledge of the difficulties sometimes in getting replacement parts, the timeframes and the network they had to overcome some of the challenges. As I indicated they do the job correctly and do not rush the process but are also very much aware that they want the customer to get their vehicle back as soon as they can. The best part was that when I picked up the vehicle they has done a thorough detail job on the entire vehicle which I hadn't expected other than a minor clean up. I plan to have WFAB do some work on our other vehicle as well based on our exceptional experience here.
