If I could rate with zero stars I would!! We took our new car there to have the windows tinted. There was dirt under the tint, bubbles, peeling off the back window and the front passenger window the tint folded over and wrinkled on it! When we contacted Robert the owner we were treated very badly as he yelled, cussed, and hung up on me and my husband several times. We did not want him to fix anything because even after he ""fixed"" one window it still was messed up. So he finally told me to ""come get my money"" and hung up on me. The next day my husband went to get our refund and Robert was not there. He was told he would be there in 30 mins. After and hour and a half and he still was not there my husband called Robert on his cell phone as the number is on his business card. Robert yelled and cussed at my husband and told him he had better things to do than to get to the shop to refund my husbands money and hung up again. So my husband waited at the shop and when Robert arrived he became irate with my husband, pushed him and threatened to shoot him as he reached for something on his hip. My husband at that point left and had to call the police...... All I can say is WOW!!!! Why in the world would ANY one go to this business is beyond me!!! Here is my warning to everyone... AVOID this place at all cost!!! We also contacted another window tint place and when we told them of our experience at Sunshades they laughed as the guy told us he used to work for Robert and that he is crazy!
