My wife went in to get her sewing machine fixed and after taking it back twice, she asked him (Gary) why it was so hard to fix. He blew up at her and yelled ""how dare you say it is not fixed. I have been fixing machines for 25 years etc etc. She was so shocked that she did not know what to say. She is a very calm diplomatic person. His employee walked away looking embarrased. She was probably his wife. My wife finally grabbed her machine a ran out of the store and She was crying when she got home. I said that we needed to go back together and confront him and she begged me not to because she was sure that we would fight. I called him for an explanation and he denied everything. I told him my wife was standing next to me and he had to apologize to her. He told me ""go to hell buddy""and hung up. This guy needs to be out of business. I pitty his wife.
