I contacted Green Pea Baby about a stroller that I had purchased from them last year. Well, they no longer carry that brand (not their choosing- the company no longer is selling their products in the US). After explaining the issues that I was having, Erin, one of their wonderful employees, drove to my house in Apex, picked up my stroller and had it serviced. She also drove it back to my house that evening. The whole process took 4 hours from start to finish. I dare anyone to find customer service like that. I cannot say enough about your store. I love shopping there! Thanks again for all your help!
