I registered for my baby shower at GreenPea Baby, I was interested in cloth diapering and was impressed with there selection and expertise. They have so many unique items and overall offer a wonderful shopping experience. I love going there, it is worth the drive!!!! more

We looked around at different stores for furniture for our newborn baby weren't sure what we wanted. GreenPea Baby is a small, local company that took a lot of time out to work with us. They showed us our different options from less expensive to more expensive and all the different things in between. After selecting our furniture, they took time to help us do decoration, which we were also undecided about. They offered ideas and a lot of options for fabric, curtains, valances, and how we could get room decorating done based on the windows. They also offered different options for chairs. In most nurseries there is a single chair for the mother to use while nursing their child, but what we got was a double sofa so that two people could sit with the baby. That option also offered up different fabrics. I really liked them. more

This is a wonderful baby boutique in downtown Apex. I found a great selction of cute baby clothes and nursery furniture. They also have a good selection of cloth diapering supplies. I would definitely go back and recommend this to a friend. more

Go to Downtown Apex quite a bit as a new grandma and find such cute things I can't resist. friendly staff and great choices. Always find a little something here at good prices. more

I currently don't have any children, however, I have nieces and nephews that I can't resist buying for. I have been to GreenPea Baby numerous times (both online and in store) and the customer service is amazing! The store is beautiful, you could spend hours in it just looking at all the products they carry!! I will be registering here when I do have a baby one day! more

Today was my first time in the store. I was so excited to find the PadaLily I have seen so many other Moms carrying on their babies car seat. I was also excited to see that I had so many choices in colors and patterns! The store is beautiful and carries not only unique baby items but also items that will make it very easy for me to run out and purchase locally once my baby arrives. more

I have placed 2 orders at different times. My first order, an item was not in stock, but was going to be in stock in a week. I was sent an email to ask me if I wanted a different patteren or if I wanted to wait for the pattern I selected. I asked for the one I ordered. Like promised, the patteren was in and mailed to me in a timely manner. My second order, I was charged two times. I made a phone call and with in moments, it was corrected. No hassel at all. This is a wonderful store with great customer service. I will be back to buy more stuff. Keep up the great work! more

I placed an order online and was promptly notified by email that the changing pad in the Zoo Frenzy print that I had order was out of stock. I was offered the option of obtaining a refund, ordering a different item or selecting another print for the changing pad. I called customer service to notify that I was going to pick a new print and spoke with Janna, who was very courteous and polite. She made sure that the new print was in stock and notified that she would ship the pad the same day. Will not hesitate to shop from this company again :-) more

About a year ago, I was planning for my first baby and begin browing the internet for local baby boutiques. I came across Green Pea and was not only impressed by the website, I was even more impressed when I drove the short drive from Raleigh to Apex to visit the store in the heart of downtown Apex. Unlike a lot of baby boutiques that you walk into, there was an immediate warmth that took over. The staff was very friendly and the setup and display was much more inviting than any other boutique I have been in. I specifically remember a lady walking over to my husband and me asking if we needed assistance. Not only was she helpful and willing to work with us as customers began to float in, she took her time explaining everything to us and answered all the questions we have had. That lady was the owner, Krista Cathey. We were so impressed! My previous experience in other stores was that feeling of being rushed to ask questions, make an immediate decision, unfriendly staff and the feeling of "there's no way I can afford this". We purchased majority of our baby nursey there and LOVE every item we have purchased. The items were delivered (FREE)to our home. I would recommend Green Pea Baby to anyone in search of a baby boutique. You will not be disappointed!! more

I contacted Green Pea Baby about a stroller that I had purchased from them last year. Well, they no longer carry that brand (not their choosing- the company no longer is selling their products in the US). After explaining the issues that I was having, Erin, one of their wonderful employees, drove to my house in Apex, picked up my stroller and had it serviced. She also drove it back to my house that evening. The whole process took 4 hours from start to finish. I dare anyone to find customer service like that. I cannot say enough about your store. As a first-time mom, the idea of registering for baby stuff was overwhelming. Krista, GreenPea's owner, took the time to personally walk me and my husband around the store for 1.5 hours (on a busy Saturday morning!) to help us narrow down selections and give us input based on her research and previous customers' experiences. The quality of products in this store are fabulous - from cribs to onsies. But the expertise and kindness of the staff is what makes this place a real gem. You won't find this kind of service from ANY big box store... or even the "higher quality" shops like Pottery Barn Kids. I hope GreenPea Baby is here for years to come. Downtown Apex is lucky to have such a wonderful business. more

I have had such a great experience with GreenPea Baby. I wanted custom crib bedding, but needed some help picking everything out. Krista went above and beyond! First, meeting with me in person and then keeping up with my many questions via email. Email responses and phone messages have always been returned very promptly. I live in NY so I have only shopped your store online but it sounds like if I am ever breezing through NC I should stop in too! Both times I have used your online store I have been beyond pleased. I have used the live support chat both times and they have been very helpful and responsive. I will use your site in the future for cloth diaper purchases as I have found your prices to be either the best or the same and the free shipping can't be beat. more

Great products and customer service. This is my go-to place for baby gift shopping because of the selection. When one of my purchases became defective after a couple of months, GPB associates worked with the manufacturer to have a new item sent to me. I am very satisfied. Thanks. more
