These people are CROOKS, period. You will need a lawyer to deal with them. They disregard their estimates and hold you over a barrel, as you have to pay cash in advance to get your stuff delivered. I paid THOUSANDS MORE than I should have, but had no choice as they kept my things until I paid them. When I tried to reason with them based completley on fact in addition to their own employees statements about how I was right, they simply ignored me. I am suing them and if you foolishly decide to use them, hire a lawyer and fight the bastards. It's your only hope.
