My move with Nationwide Relocation services was less than satisfactory. The moving specialist assigned to our move grossly under estimated the weight in our house which lead to us having to pay 3 times the amount initially promised. When the contractor hired to do our move arrived, they took longer than promised, did not carefully pack any breakables, and blatantly lied about not being able to communicate with us. Our moving specialist was rude on the phone when we tried to resolve all of our matters, and nothing has been settled except that the movers got more money than they should have. \r

Julian Jamarillo, our moving specialist, needs to be investigated for his telephone behavior. He laughed in my ear, spoke to me disrespectfully, and when I asked to speak to a supervisor, he told me he was ""his own boss who"" makes ""his own hours"". I do not appreciate this treatement from my 5 year old, nor any person who refers to themselves as a professional.
