But I will try...I was referred to Tile Collection by an interior designer. She said this is "the place" to use for granite counters. My thought was "expensive" but I was wrong. They work with you finding options in your price point.
I started the process back in April 2012, met with a Tile Collection designer to look at options, get pricing, etc. Then I did not execute the project for six months (for a variety of reasons, part budgetary and part because I could not decide what color granite I wanted). Went back in late September/early October and met with the same designer, Brandy. Brandy is a top-notch interior designer; she has an incredible sense of style and is also a super nice person. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a variety of options to fit my budget. Within three weeks the entire project (kitchen granite counters, tile back splash) was completed and I could not be happier.
Every single Tile Collection employee who I interacted with was professional, efficient and customer service oriented. The installers were on-time, polite, extremely good at their craft and detail oriented.
I cannot say enough good things about Tile Collection. The designer who steered me there was absolutely right, they are 'THE place to go' for kitchen remodeling!
