Tile Collection was great. They were very helpful and easy to get in touch with. I would call to get questions answered and there were never any problems. The work team was also really great. Alec was a perfectionist and so am I so that was awesome. They just did a great job. I was very pleased. You don't get that kind of follow-through with other companies. more

Tile Collection re-tiled my shower and the entire bathroom floor. All of their work was fantastic. Unfortunately, they showed up at different times in the mornings even though I had asked them to call ahead. They worked all day and put in long hours to get the job done. From start to finish this was one of the best customer experiences I have had. Elaine and her team are so professional. Elaine made our choices so easy with her excellent recommendations. Her team worked hand in hand with the appliance company, plumbers, gas stove person, etc. The Tile Collection installers and tile person were outstanding. The job from demo to full installation took less than 72 hours!! I was so nervous about the inconvenience because my 94 year old mother in law lives with us and I didn't want to interrupt her routine. With just a little planning and faith in the Tile Collection team, it all came together beautifully! I couldn't be happier with my new beautiful kitchen and the installation. I had my vanity countertop installed by Tile Collection. First, the designer helped me find a wall color. The color I decided on is great, it goes with everything in there. After I chose the paint color, I picked out the granite. Everything turned out beautifully. The gentlemen who installed the granite were polite, on time, followed through, and followed up. The designer also followed up to make sure I was satisfied with the project. more

She is professional, polite, knowledgeable, prompt and any other positive adjective you would like to fill in here. The installer on this latest job, Carl, did an outstanding job. He was there when he said he'd be there, he kept the job sparkling clean throughout the entire process, he resolved issues he found along the way on his own and the finished job looked perfect. But I will try...I was referred to Tile Collection by an interior designer. She said this is "the place" to use for granite counters. My thought was "expensive" but I was wrong. They work with you finding options in your price point. I started the process back in April 2012, met with a Tile Collection designer to look at options, get pricing, etc. Then I did not execute the project for six months (for a variety of reasons, part budgetary and part because I could not decide what color granite I wanted). Went back in late September/early October and met with the same designer, Brandy. Brandy is a top-notch interior designer; she has an incredible sense of style and is also a super nice person. She patiently answered all of my questions and gave me a variety of options to fit my budget. Within three weeks the entire project (kitchen granite counters, tile back splash) was completed and I could not be happier. Every single Tile Collection employee who I interacted with was professional, efficient and customer service oriented. The installers were on-time, polite, extremely good at their craft and detail oriented. I cannot say enough good things about Tile Collection. The designer who steered me there was absolutely right, they are 'THE place to go' for kitchen remodeling! more

Anyone planning a remodeling project should strongly consider working with The Tile Collection. I had attempted a complete kitchen remodel on two previous occasions, but was discouraged because of the lack of coordination available through other stores I shopped. Thank goodness a family member pointed me in the Tile Collection's direction. My designer, Katie Jepsky, made everything so easy. She managed the project in a most professional manner. Literally, the only thing I had to do was allow the work crews access to the space. Katie kept me informed of scheduling and work through emails and phone calls on a regular and timely basis. Every member of the work crews who worked on this project (electricians, plumbers, demo crew, tile fabricators and tile layers, project manager, and appliance vendor) were extremely competent, prompt, neat workers, who were very pleasant to deal with. The result of the above is a smashingly attractive and functional kitchen space at a reasonable price! more

We hired Tile Collection on two different occasions. The first was to install tile flooring. The second was to install granite counter-tops and backsplash. It all looks beautiful! I had no idea what I wanted and their designers were very helpful in making suggestions and helping us achieve our remodeling vision. They also have great installers, all very polite. I have received a lot of compliments on the work. People want to know who did it. We are very happy with them and we will be having them remodel our master bathroom soon. more

I went into Tile Collection based on the reputation around town. It's a family owned business, with a vast array of choices of tile. I hired them for both of my bathrooms, and the quality of work was impeccable. The woman who owns the business even stopped by unannounced to check on the workers during the installation. They also gave me a calendar, mapping out what they were going to be working on each day. The finished work just looks incredible. more
