Did they sell Red Rock? I have been there several times over the years and could not believe the decline in food and service. The one thing I did notice were the prices were increased greatly. Had lunch on New Years day with 4 other people. Ordered 4 beef brisket and 1 BBQ chicken special and everyone was disappointed. . The meat was dry, the fries were cold and the cole slaw tasted old. \r

The service was also a disappointment. They messed up one order and insisted that we were the ones who made the mistake. I guess they thought there would be no tip because they added a $12 service charge and listed as a “Large Group Charge” I checked the menu and it did say they MAY add a charge for 5 or more with the key word being “may”. Despite the mistake service and food, I would have tipped anyway however I tip 15% not the 18% they added. \r

After eating there and experiencing the poor food, service then the insult of adding a service fee, New Years Day 2010 will be the last time I ever eat there.\r
