When my husband first suggested that I join him at Kenyon's Soo Bahk Do after my old aerobics gym closed, I was a little leery; martial arts didn't really seem like something women like me got involved in. Boy was I wrong. I have now been studying the traditional Korean martial art of Soo Bahk Do for the past 10 years and I love it. Daymon Kenyon (7th degree) and his wife Vicki (5th degree) are both masters in the art and wonderful instructors. It has been a great experience and I recommend it to everyone, women and children in particular.
