I have dined at Cafe D three times ... \r \r The first time I ate there was when it first opened . My guests and I had to wait an hour for the table. The food was really good. I ordered the fish taco and the service was good. \r \r The second time I ate there I ended up sitting at the bar because there was a long wait for a table. The bar staff was attentive and friendly but the hamburger that I ordered was well done when I ordered it medium rare. \r \r The third and probably the last time that I ate there was in June 2008. We were seated right away but after 15 minutes no one came over to our table. We alerted one of the staff and he seemed annoyed and said that he wasn't our waiter. When the waiter did arrive, he seemed like he was bothered to have to take our order. We also had to ask to order our drinks and then had to ask for bread. The whole time the waiter was rude and aloof -- it ruined our experience dining. He was not friendly or apologetic that we were left unattended. The food was average; we ordered the lamb burger and the tuna burger. There are better places to eat in JP --- Ten Tables staff is much friendlier and the food is higher quality for the price. \r \r Pros: Good Location, Nice Ambience Cons: Rude staff, mediocre food
