I ordered new counter tops 5 weeks ago and was told they would be made and installed in 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by before I even heard from them again, and only then because I went to their place of business and talked to the owner Mark Reese. I was told they would be installed the following Monday. No one show Ed up Monday. They said they would be out the next day which they did but only with part of the tops. They said they made the w ring cut out, and the material wva s ordered to rema ke them. 2 weeks later I am still sitting here with my kitchen a mess. Forget the promises of any phone calls ever being returned, I have been told 3 different times by Mark that he would call me right back, but never has he returned any calls. I know Mark personally and would not recommend this business to anyone. I think I am going somewhere else and see if I can get my tops finished. SO SICK OF DEALING WITH THIS!
