Superior Countertops

I ordered new counter tops 5 weeks ago and was told they would be made and installed in 2 weeks. 3 weeks went by before I even heard from them again, and only then because I went to their place of business and talked to the owner Mark Reese. I was told they would be installed the following Monday. No one show Ed up Monday. They said they would be out the next day which they did but only with part of the tops. They said they made the w ring cut out, and the material wva s ordered to rema ke them. 2 weeks later I am still sitting here with my kitchen a mess. Forget the promises of any phone calls ever being returned, I have been told 3 different times by Mark that he would call me right back, but never has he returned any calls. I know Mark personally and would not recommend this business to anyone. I think I am going somewhere else and see if I can get my tops finished. SO SICK OF DEALING WITH THIS! more

I ordered cabinets from this place that were supposed to be done two weeks ago. They came three days after I ordered them and installed half of the cabinets then told me a measurement was off so they had to reorder the right ones. Here we are two weeks later and my kitchen is still half way done! and not to mention the work theyve done so far is shotty at best. the cabinet doors arent even mounted straight! the guy that runs things never returns calls either. EVERYONE take my advice and STAY AWAY. horrible business with very poor customer service. more

Since we got a new floor put in our kitchen we decided to see how much it would cost to have new countertops put in also. We decided to call and check out Superior Countertops. They had a huge selection of all different kinds of countertops and even had samples that we got to take with us and see how they would look in our home. The staff was very helpful and answered all our questions and concerns and told us the ups and downs to the different kinds of countertops and finished. more
