Review content:
Good selection and good service, great prices. Also good hours -- Sat 9 am - 4 pm is longer than a number of showrooms in the area and, depending where you live, the Rt 9 location in Needham is convenient and a little less busy than locations in more commercial centers.\r
\r
You can wander the showroom for good ideas on sinks, toilets, appliances, counters, cabinets, lighting, faucets, etc. It's a bit mindboggling. Not huge -- there are better places to test whirlpool tubs, for example -- but they do have a good selection of ""best sellers"" and even of shower and sink faucets you can test for pressure and function. \r
\r
So far, the prices we've seen are better than local high end designer showrooms. Worth a trip for a large project, for sure. \r
\r
As for service, you can make an appointment or sign-up when you arrive. Appointment is better if you have a lot to cover or tight on time. However, the sign-up process has worked fine for us when we need to browse a bit to collect questions. \r
\r
Goes without saying that it's better service than a big, national ""home improvement"" retailer.
