MerchantCircle is a great site lots of great merchants and the MC Team is very helpful, knowledgeable and responsive. I have been a member since October 2010 and it has helped my business grow in less than a year. The MC Team takes all suggestions given to them to make the MC site better and they are continuously updating and enhancing their features to make it a great place for many small business'. Sorry to hear about the previous person's experience but I have to say I have had nothing but great success and experiences with MC. I think they Rock!
