Very pleased with service...We relocated from NJ to FL and this was our first move. I contacted many movers and received quotes lower than East West. In the end I went with them for many reasons. First of all Anthony, my account manager was wonderful! I felt comfortable with him from day one. He never bashed a competitor and advised me all the way. He never mislead me and advised me up front of all extra and additional charges that may occur. I was quoted a price and in the end only paid an additional 75.00 due to additional steps. \r
They arrived on time to pick up items. Will and his moving crew were excellent and quick. They were knowledgeable and careful with my items by wrapping blankets around furniture.\r
The guys who delivered were fun and helpful when they got here even though the complex was hard to get around in with the size truck they had. Have no complaints at all about anyone. \r
Maddy, the supervisor called and updated me on the shipment and when the truck was leaving. \r
I understood my items were going into storage and when I told them that we were going to be in our new place Anthony started the ball rolling.\r
I did my own packing and can tell you I had 2 items broken, a glass and a dish. They was gentle with items and I helped by marking boxes fragile and which side was up.\r
I would use them again anytime going any place. Good Job everyone, especially Anthony. He is the best!!!\r
