I wantied highlights and the ends of my hair barley dusted off. I have been growing my hair out for several months now I was not pleased with the finished look, I told the stylist that, she proceeded to tell me how good it looked! She wanted me gone I was the last client of the day. The next day I called spoke with management, let me tell you how uncomfortable that was. She introduced herself at the time of the appointment, and then preceded to examine my asking me what about it I didn’t like, made me feel they didn’t believe me. Then they her and the stylist went to the back and proceeded to talk about it, I could see they were talking about me as other stylist were coming out of their looking at me. My roots were brassy lighter than the rest of the hair. Horrible uneven severely layered cut even the gal that tried to fix it said it was in bad shape. I’m not normally a complainer but they made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I paid $130 just wanted what I paid for.
even then after the second time and my scalp on fire, I I'm disgusted and irritated with my second visitation and never plan on going back due to breakage & over processing and highlights. beware this could be you!
