Review content:
I recently purchased a new 08 Chrysler Town & Country van. It has less than 5000 miles on it, and it is already in the shop getting a new transmission! I have been without a car for 25 days! Customer Assistance has been no help at all. They tell me that my car doesn't qualify for the ""lemon law"". Give me a break; less than 5000 miles and it needs a new transmission. Plus, this has been no quick easy repair--25 days! I want a new car, and Chrysler won't even let me talk to anyone with authortiy. Their customer service reps say they aren't allowed to transfer calls to managers. I guess this explains why they are getting ready to go under. \r
I won't be purchasing a Chrysler again, and I'll be sharing this horrible experience with everyone I meet. I can say one thing...Wehr Motor of Mtn, Grove, MO; and Youngblood of Springfield, MO have been great to work with. Chrysler is the problem! I have never had such horrible customer service from anyone in my life. When you buy a new car you expect it to be reliable. Now here I am waiting on a new transmission. I haven't even had my car for 25 days, and it's time to make another payment. Who wants to make payments on a car they can't even drive!!!!
Cons: customer service
