I would highly recommend N.E.A. Construction Company to do your renovation!! The finished product exceeded, by far, my expectations.\r

I bought a co-op apartment knowing I had to do a TOTAL renovation, which is no easy task since you have to deal with the rules and regulations of the building’s board in addition to city permits. In addition to Manny being an Architect his knowledge and professionalism were the key factors in my selection. The floor plans and design addressed my concerns; in particular, kitchen storage space, lighting needs, closet space, and aesthetic look. His suggestions always incorporated my key priorities. \r

I was very impressed with Manny’s in-depth knowledge of all facets of construction. During renovation he was faced with serious challenges and was able to respond quickly and effectively. I have peace of mind knowing that I would not have any problems with his work and that is priceless!!!!\r
