I took my mom because I have had okay service in the past. When we got there their system was not updated listing GMM as her primary care physician so my mom was charged $100 instead of the $20 that she should have paid. The front desk lady made no attempts to resolve the issue - it was either pay the $100 or leave. We sat there for more than an hour and then another 30 minutes in the little room. The doctor came in asked my mom about her symptoms and without touching her told her that she needed to go to the emergency room. We paid $100 for that. We went to the emergency room and sat for 7 hours only for her to receive a breathing treatment and be sent home with two prescriptions for asthma. We then visited a physician that my trusted from the past Mary McCullough who found that my mom had an enlarged heart due to a hyperactive thyroid. By some miracle the information was updated in the system a day later which caused us to have to back to GMM for referrals since they magically appeared as my mom's primary care physician again. This was another drama filled experience on each occasion. I am going to change my mom's information as well as my own and never visit this place again. I have not had bad experiences on every occasion but enough to know when it's time to move on. Pros: Late hours & take most insurance Cons: Bad staff
