I took my son to this clinic on a Monday morning. My son has a disability so is a little harder to deal with. The staff and nurse practitioner were MORE than wonderful! We were in and out within 30 minutes and everyone was so pleasant. We had trouble at first getting in contact with our insurance company to get authorization for our visit, but the young girl in the billing department was very helpful and knowledgable about what to do and took the time to help right then. Everyone in the office worked as a team and showed great enthusiasm for every patient that was there, even though it was very busy. Billing the insurance was never a problem because we gave them all the correct information in the beginning. This minor medical center far surpasses all the others, even lebhoneur. They are great with children, with adults (my husband and I) and even my sisters, brother, and grandmother are patients now! Also being able to pop in without an appointment is perfect! We truly appreciate the patience and dedication of the staff at Germantown Minor Medical and will continue to go there and recommend them to everyone we know! \r
PS The receptionist in the front is definitely not passing out lollipops at a carnival, but she is on top of things and very helpful and efficient and that is what matters!
