I can see where this place would be hard to find, but I have visited that Arby's and often wondered about the seemingly out of place ""Minor Medical"" sign. I was worried about how long I would have to wait, considering I had a class at 9.40 am (I got to the clinic at 8.15 am). I absolutely loved the portable computer they had for filling out paperwork (Phreesia I believe it was called). Made everything very easy and it's great for the environment. Although, it did take a bit of time, but I'm sure filling out the paperwork would have taken just as much time. I was almost immediately called to the back after finishing the new-patient intake forms and the nurse immediately took my vitals, the doctor came in before she was even finished. My white blood cell count was tested very fast and before I knew it I was on my way IN LESS THAN AN HOUR. I have spent twice as much time waiting on the doctor even when I had an appointment. The staff was friendly as well. I will go to Germantown Minor Medical whenever possible from now on.
Pros: Fast service, friendly staff
