My family and I have been using Germantown Medical for almost 9 months. We've always had pretty good results with them until today. MY nephew is visiting us from out of town(he's 10) and started running a fever that was consistently rising every 30 minutes. Since I was familiar with the office and the staff I decided to take him there. They refused to see him because I didn't have a handwritten note from his Mother. They wouldn't even take a faxed letter from his Father saying it was ok to treat him. They told me that they just couldn't treat him and that I would need to take him elsewhere. I was furious. There have to be exceptions to all rules. I left there so angry that I'm planning on finding another clinic. Positive that they lost our family of four's business.
