Mike was recommended to me about 10 or 15 years ago by my female mechanic, Boomer. I have continued to use Mike's Auto Service over the years because I like the personal connection and I appreciate being treated like an intelligent human being who can understand what they are talking about and what needs to be done.
They are very personable, professional, and helpful. They often have one of their employees drive me home or pick me up if I am without a ride.
They have done some substantial work for me over the years and I have always been pleased with everything. Once, when the job was more complex than what they could do, Mike was straightforward and suggested that I take the car to the dealership where it was under warranty.
Another thing that I appreciate about Mike's is that they have honored an oil-change plan that I have had with them for several years. Even when I got a new car and expected that it would not apply to the plan we had, they continued to honor the plan.
I definitely recommend Mike's Auto Service. They are wonderful to their customers.
