Eric was great at helping to guide us in the right direction for our window treatments. The installers were the most pleasant and well-mannered I've ever met (even put on protectors over their shoes when doing the work - which is huge in NYC). When one of the shades was damaged during a steaming, they took care of everything without blinking an eye. Wonderful service!
