IT Support & Customer Service, Together at Last!
Information technology support service and great customer service too seldom go hand-in-hand.
Indeed, most consumers are accustomed to technical support workers who act like they’d rather be out to lunch than working to fix a computer after it breaks. It is a different story at Xantrion, whose friendly, knowledgeable engineers do not rest until all systems perform optimally.
Xantrion has worked with the attorneys and other employees at Scott Cole & Associates, APC for years, and several of its engineers noted that our information technology apparatus is among the most advanced they’ve seen at any law firm. Xantrion personnel demonstrate a keen understanding of the firm’s needs, thus ensuring that our IT infrastructure seamlessly accommodates our practice thereby allowing us to focus on our clients’ legal needs.
In fact, I recently worked with Xantrion engineer Mike Peth to address some routine maintenance issues. He quickly resolved them and went the extra mile to make further adjustments that materially enhanced my computer's performance. The bottom line is that these guys are a class act for whom technical support is a labor of love. They are always willing to work overtime and put in the hours to meet their clients’ needs.
