Todd was assigned to my service call. He phoned just prior to coming out, to ensure I would be home and inform he was on his way.
He quickly identified the nature of what was wrong (high water pressure) as a root cause of issues my hot water heater was demonstrating.
He quoted me on the scope of work, obtained my say-so to proceed, and in under half an hour was done. He wrote up a detailed invoice, and even advised me that writing a personal check would save me 3 over using a credit card.
