Our furnace was acting up so we called Bragg. They came out and our 32 year-old furnace needed replaced. I plugged in a Carbon Monoxide monitor and it went off.
I wish I would have shopped even though it was an emergency because after doing some post-installation comparison shopping, I feel like I paid at least a thousand dollars too much. It would be one thing if they did an emergency installation on a Saturday, but we had to wait for the new furnace over the weekend on the coldest weekend of the year (naturally).
To be fair, I'd say the workmanship is OK and the installers were friendly enough, but I think they figured I wasn't going to shop it around and threw up a high estimate. My bad for being a trusting soul I guess.
