On April 4th 2013 parked in Einstein bagel parking lot walked my girlfriend to corner as she was going across the street. I went into the powerhouse gym next to Einstein bagel which was one of the vendors listed on their sign. In less than 7 minutes my vehicle was towed. Which means that the Wyatt's towing agent was waiting in the lot. I went into einsteins and inquired about my vehicle and after quite a wait I was given the number of the property manager. I explained to her that I never left the premises at the 300 east alameda location and had she authorized and signed my tow ticket. She said if I left they could tow but that she had not signed anything. She told me to take the info that I had gotten from gym to Wyatt's towing and they would release my vehicle. I then called Wyatt's and explained to them that they had towed my vehicle in error and that I had the info to prove it. They laughed at me and told me to pay the 224.86 fee or no vehicle and it didn't matter if I had left the premises or not. According to them I wasn't there and that's all that mattered. I have since researched this company they have an F rating by the BBB. And many negative reviews as to their shady business practices. If you need a tow I would recommend searching for a more reputable company.\r
