Wyatt's Automotive Towing

Wyatt's towing are crooks. My vehicle was towed from the front of my house yesterday for parking lot resurfacing. Instead of moving it to a part of the lot where surfacing was not happening or onto the street and charging a small amount, they towed both of my cars to their lot and charged us almost $500 to get them back. Had they simply knocked on the door the of house for the very clearly marked parking space my wife would have moved the cars but they and HOA Simple apparently are more interested in making money unethically. Any business with a Wyatt's towing sign is going to lose my business and everyone I know. more

On April 4th 2013 parked in Einstein bagel parking lot walked my girlfriend to corner as she was going across the street. I went into the powerhouse gym next to Einstein bagel which was one of the vendors listed on their sign. In less than 7 minutes my vehicle was towed. Which means that the Wyatt's towing agent was waiting in the lot. I went into einsteins and inquired about my vehicle and after quite a wait I was given the number of the property manager. I explained to her that I never left the premises at the 300 east alameda location and had she authorized and signed my tow ticket. She said if I left they could tow but that she had not signed anything. She told me to take the info that I had gotten from gym to Wyatt's towing and they would release my vehicle. I then called Wyatt's and explained to them that they had towed my vehicle in error and that I had the info to prove it. They laughed at me and told me to pay the 224.86 fee or no vehicle and it didn't matter if I had left the premises or not. According to them I wasn't there and that's all that mattered. I have since researched this company they have an F rating by the BBB. And many negative reviews as to their shady business practices. If you need a tow I would recommend searching for a more reputable company.\r \r more

Probably the most unprofessional business I've ever dealt with. No respect for personal property, and no sense of responsibility for their actions. Tow on my car completely ruined my alignment. I will be filing a lawsuit more

Wyatts automotive is always efficient and prompt. I call them up and they are there to my services and this means a lot of the company the most they will take to come to me to tow my car is about ten minutes and there prices is always affordable! Thanks more

Needing a tow is a pain in the neck which is exactly what I thought when my car would not start. To my surprise and delight when I called Wyatts Towing everything went smoothly. They came out quickly and got my car towed fast. I could not be more satsified! more

Though no one likes to be towed, they came over to help me tow my banshee-screaming car. I thought it would have to be towed to a mechanic but Alpha (I think that was the drivers name!) figured out it was a simple problem. He fixed it, using some tools in my car and I was able to drive off on my own. Cheap fix, friendly service. more

These guys are awesome. My car was dead in my building parking garage and the operator had to navigate a maze to get to my car. He was clearing the ceiling by about half an inch, but he kept going. He got my car going again by tightening the battery terminals and jumping my car. I thought there might be a problem with the alternator and he called the nearest AAA shop to inquire about rates and testing for me. The car was running fine though so I decided it was probably just the loose connection to the battery. The operator was so friendly he offered to let me follow him to the AAA shop in case my car had any more problems. Now that is what I call service. Super friendly, went the extra mile, and was prompt. What more could you ask for? more

First rate service! I needed a jump start, they were there in under ten minutes. My battery had its terminals brushed, then washed. This was followed by a thorough computerized diagnostic and printout that was thoroughly explained to me, then a jump. After all this I received a [clean] hand shake and was asked if there was anything they could have done better--top-notch customer service in under 25 minutes after my call. Bravo! more
