Review content:
If it wasn't so expensive it would be comical how bad the administrative staff are in this Service Department. When I call to ask for a quote for a standard type of service (brakes, transmission flush, etc.) they refuse to put me through to a Service Supervisor and quote themselves. Out of three times - they have been wrong, by miles, twice. The girls know nothing about the business and even screw up the simplest procedures like making an appointment and the final invoice. Then when you show up there has been a breakdown in communication between the Service Supervisors and whoever made the appointment. The shop has some good guys but the negatives of working through their admin people outweigh all this. With me it was three strikes and they were out. I just have never gone back and instead just take my car to Austin MB or have the services done in MB Houston North when I am there - which is actually a great experience.
