Chaos in the Service Department 3/19/2012

If it wasn't so expensive it would be comical how bad the administrative staff are in this Service Department. When I call to ask for a quote for a standard type of service (brakes, transmission flush, etc.) they refuse to put me through to a Service Supervisor and quote themselves. Out of three times - they have been wrong, by miles, twice. The girls know nothing about the business and even screw up the simplest procedures like making an appointment and the final invoice. Then when you show up there has been a breakdown in communication between the Service Supervisors and whoever made the appointment. The shop has some good guys but the negatives of working through their admin people outweigh all this. With me it was three strikes and they were out. I just have never gone back and instead just take my car to Austin MB or have the services done in MB Houston North when I am there - which is actually a great experience. more

they are ripoff artist they quoted me to job for 5.6 hrs at 125 hr. and turn around charge me 9.00 hrs. \r \r when repair software like all data, Mitchell calls for 5.6. \r up on complaint they told we got you 5.2 hrs for insurance company that what we charging you and you will get supplement check from your insurance company.\r \r i did not authorized repair over 700.00 they charged me 1027.50. \r \r my insurance company does not owe my car they have no authority to authorize repair with out my knowledge.\r \r i Spock with adjuster told him i should not get supplement check because those labor time were inflated by dealer. but, they did send me check.\r \r these are on going problem with this dealer and all Garlyn dealership that they have it in temple, tx. more

Best customer service I've ever received! 4/4/2011

Much like the other reviewer, I generally don't feel compelled to go online and write reviews but my experience at Georgetown Mercedes-Benz has me doing just that. We purchased a certified pre-owned Mercedes and I can honestly say that the level of service and dedication we received from both Alan, the sales man and Rich, the finance manager was astounding. Neither man was satisfied until we had the vehicle we wanted and with the terms we needed. I cannot say enough good things about the whole experience, but will say that they have found themselves a definite repeat customer and that I'll be recommending them to everyone I know. more

Fantastic service department 11/10/2010

I am not usually one to write reviews but after having my initial service done with this dealership I felt obligated. Have you ever heard the term ""under promise and over deliver""? This company has exceeded my expectations in every way and they are happy to assist in any way possible! I will definitely purchase my next car from this dealership! more
