Absolutely horrific experience with the staff. The person who manages the appointments is shockingly rude. First, she scheduled me for a test I couldn't take, and didn't tell me what test she'd scheduled me for, so after being there, I had to leave and schedule again for weeks later when I'm in pain. She wouldn't even check times to see if we could hurry my appointment after my pain worsened tenfold. And the nurse never called me back. And then I get a call saying that the test I did do was screwed up by ""the lab"" (I don't believe this for a second), and now I have to come back in to re-do this test, nevermind that I'm a rape survivor and it's traumatic for me. The person on the phone actually got mad at me when I said I ""wasn't happy"" that I had to redo the test, acting like she was doing me a completely unnecessary favor by even telling me rather than just surprising me with this traumatic test the next time I came in. I can't believe that this place hasn't fired these jerks.\r

Dr. Carbiener is great and very knowledgeable about abuse survivors, but it isn't worth it to deal with her abusive, nasty staff. If you have a problem, go elsewhere. If you're fine, this might be a fine place.
