Absolutely horrific experience with the staff. The person who manages the appointments is shockingly rude. First, she scheduled me for a test I couldn't take, and didn't tell me what test she'd scheduled me for, so after being there, I had to leave and schedule again for weeks later when I'm in pain. She wouldn't even check times to see if we could hurry my appointment after my pain worsened tenfold. And the nurse never called me back. And then I get a call saying that the test I did do was screwed up by ""the lab"" (I don't believe this for a second), and now I have to come back in to re-do this test, nevermind that I'm a rape survivor and it's traumatic for me. The person on the phone actually got mad at me when I said I ""wasn't happy"" that I had to redo the test, acting like she was doing me a completely unnecessary favor by even telling me rather than just surprising me with this traumatic test the next time I came in. I can't believe that this place hasn't fired these jerks.\r \r Dr. Carbiener is great and very knowledgeable about abuse survivors, but it isn't worth it to deal with her abusive, nasty staff. If you have a problem, go elsewhere. If you're fine, this might be a fine place. more

This was the worst Gyn appt I have ever had in over 12 years, today was my first visit, I arrived on time and 15 min later I was put in a room told to undress and I would be seen shortly the nurse then told me a student doctor was shadowing would it be ok if they came in, I said sure I know people have to learn somehow. I sat in a cold room wearing a paper gown for 55 min! Then when the student doctor came in it was a male doctor, I believe that is something that should of been told upfront as some women are not comfortable with a male doctor. I found I had the beginnings of a UTI they took forever to call in my prescription to pharmacy almost 5 hours and then It was the wrong prescription!. Also they do not have an in house lab where they can draw blood I personally have never heard of an obgyn not having that. I will never go back and would only recommend this place to someone I hate. more

I have been a patient of this office for 10+ years. I have always been treated with kindness and respect. Dr. Cortez is a stand out physician! All of the staff is courteous and helpful. I have always felt that my care is their 1st priority! I would not go to any other OB/Gyn office! more

I have had two surgeries by Dr. Stanley in the past two years - hysterectomy & tacked up vagina.... both were totally painless, no pain meds needed, all stitches very small - less than 1/8 inch & practically gone... I would trust him with any surgery, even taking my own parents and kin/friends to him, with no hesitation. He is awesome, amazing, efficient. He can operate on any body part any time, any place, anyway!!!... love this man - greatest doctor that I have ever known!!!!... Pros: extremely intelligent, very knowledgeable, kind & caring more

Everytime I go here for my checkup, the doctors seem to never review the record. They ask me the same questions each visit. I had a cyst they had been watching for years and each visit they asked me if it was new!? If they would have read my chart, they would have seen it isn't. The staff is also rude and nonaccomadating.
