Do Not Use This Place!!! I dropped a handbag off two weeks ago that needed a minor stitch. I was told it could possibly be finished the next day. Five days later, I hadn't been called, so I called to check on my bag. They couldn't find the bag but said the 'lady that does the stitching' was out sick, they would locate the bag and call me back. A few more days passed with no call, so I called again. Again, she was out sick and he promised a call back. Four more days passed, so I went to the shop today to get my bag. The owner said 'she' was still out sick and it wasn't ready. I told him I wanted it anyway. He looked around his filthy, disorganized shop for 10 minutes, huffing and puffing because I wouldn't leave without the bag. He couldn't find it. I asked him if I could look in the back because I was starting to get worried. He let me in the back of the shop but then tells me my comment about being worried really made him mad. I had a mouthful of things I wanted to say to him, but I was alone in the back of a dingy shop with him and thought better of escalating the situation. Finally, he magically locates the bag and tells me he is tired of 'you people' coming into his shop looking for their items. Really? I bet you are!!! That seems to be a common review for this place. I grabbed my $250 leather bag and got out of there quick. I am glad I went and got it; i have a feeling they were planning on making a little re-sale profit off of it.
