I have been going to a really nice medical spa for years, but decided to try AVA because the prices are so darn good! First of all, I got in right away! I was really surprised that Dr. Stanley wasn't booked 2 weeks out. I'm use to fighting for a spot. Dr. Stanley is so warm and she has a very calming quality about her. This is very good because I get very squeamish with injections. Anyway, I wanted to add volume to my cheeks (sadly over the years my cheeks have deflated) and during the consult I decided to go ahead and do it. Unfortunately, at some point, there was a communication breakdown and Dr. Stanley injected a different area of my cheek. I waited a couple days to see how it would settle but decided to call back to let her know of my dissatisfaction. Dr Stanley could have turned me away by saying I didn't communicate properly, but instead she had me come in and did exactly what I wanted! I am so appreciative at her professional attitude and integrity I had to write this review. It's so important to trust that the doctor will fix an issue without any hesitation. My results are perfect! Dr. Stanley is an honest doctor. Give her a try...you will be happy!

Cons: Not luxury, but it's nice cuz it's warm just like its people
