Dr. Stanley changed my life today. I was introduced to a laser for my acne. I had acne so bad this past week I was questioning whether it was chicken pox. I've been to countless dermatologists, Estheticians and used every product ( topical and Rx) on the market, nothing helped until Dr. Stanley took care of me. I love this place. I can't even remember how many years ago I started, maybe it was just after they opened approximately 10 years... I forget! \r \r I have had Laxer Hair Removal, Frazel, IPL, Botox and purchase my Latisse from AVA. I don't like people knowing that I get treatment, but I enjoy the compliments on the way I look. Dr Stanley is easy to talk to, extremely good at what she does with no ego in sight!\r \r I highly recommend giving AVA a call. Mesa will answer the phone and be more than helpful... I have received a number of services (laser, fillers, Botox, IPL) over the last three years. I am extremely satisfied with every aspect of my experience at AVA Med Spa. Treatment results are excellent, and Dr. Audrey Stanley always takes the time to fully explain procedures, answer questions, and discuss follow-up and self-care plans. The staff, the setting, the service - all are simply outstanding! The office and treatment rooms are spotless, and the atmosphere is relaxing. Fees for treatments and products are very reasonable as well, and the monthly specials are great. I now drive over an hour to get to there, but it is well worth the trip for the quality of services and the treatment results. I highly recommend AVA Med Spa! more

I found Ava Med Spa and Dr. Stanley last summer and I am so happy I did! I have had dermal fillers (first experience with them) and most recently my 1st of 3 Fraxel Restore laser resurfacing treatments. I was very nervous about this procedure but desperately in need of it to help address years of sun abuse. Dr. Stanley along with Mesa (her asst) were very reassuring and patient with me and my many questions and concerns.\r I have had great results with everything thus far and am anxiously awaiting my next treatment. i have already referred a friend ( a local business woman) and she made an appt. immediately. You always see the doctor not a ""spa aesthetician""..The people are great...the prices are great...the office is warm and relaxing! You can't go wrong! more

From day one, Dr. Stanley and the staff at Ava Med Spa were honest, friendly, and helpful.The doctor was very clear with expectations, costs, and side effects. It is so nice to have a spa of this nature on the east side. I have had several services including BOTOX here and would not hesitate to recommend this medical spa to anyone. The husband and wife team (both doctors) are so helpful and knowledgeable about skin care - they are always willing to take the time and energy to explain each and every procedure I have been interested in. I called DR. Stanley's practice my ""Hidden Secret Fountain of Youth"". She provides the most drastic results reversing signs of aging. The best Med Spa in San Diego! I am so glad I found Dr. Stanley and Ava Med Spa. She is so friendly, professional and has the best prices too! I've done several lasers and Botox/Juvederm there and wouldn't go anywhere else. I just started the weight loss program with Dr. Ken Stanley 2 weeks ago and have lost 10 pounds already. I have been going to a really nice medical spa for years, but decided to try AVA because the prices are so darn good! First of all, I got in right away! I was really surprised that Dr. Stanley wasn't booked 2 weeks out. I'm use to fighting for a spot. Dr. Stanley is so warm and she has a very calming quality about her. This is very good because I get very squeamish with injections. Anyway, I wanted to add volume to my cheeks (sadly over the years my cheeks have deflated) and during the consult I decided to go ahead and do it. Unfortunately, at some point, there was a communication breakdown and Dr. Stanley injected a different area of my cheek. I waited a couple days to see how it would settle but decided to call back to let her know of my dissatisfaction. Dr Stanley could have turned me away by saying I didn't communicate properly, but instead she had me come in and did exactly what I wanted! I am so appreciative at her professional attitude and integrity I had to write this review. It's so important to trust that the doctor will fix an issue without any hesitation. My results are perfect! Dr. Stanley is an honest doctor. Give her a try...you will be happy! Great place! I've had laser hair removal, IPL photorejuvenation for sun spots and mesotherapy to melt the fat on my love handles. I am very pleased with my results. Dr.Stanley performs the procedures herself. She is quite knowledgeable and very friendly. Ava Med Spa is a cozy and warm place with soothing music always playing. I wouldn't go anywhere else! I met with Dr. Audrey Stanley for a consult on laser skin treatments. She was so friendly that she put me at ease right away. She showed me some great before and after photos of her work. I ended up getting botox, restylane, and a laser skin treatment. I would definitely recommend her to my friends!
