Great above and beyond service! I brought some Puma suede shoes here that my cat had peed on as a last-ditch effort to get the smell out. Although it did take a bit longer than they had originally told me, it was so worth it to get my shoes back smelling and feeling nice again! When I finally picked them up, I found out that they had ordered a special chemical just for my shoes so that they would be completely stink free :)\r

And although the soaking/cleaning had warped the sole a bit, the man (who I assume is the owner of the place) went the extra step to call Puma and do some research for me about possibly replacing the sole. It was so nice to feel so cared for, especially with something as basic as dry cleaning.\r

I will definitely be bringing all of my special-needs cleaning items to them!
