Great above and beyond service! I brought some Puma suede shoes here that my cat had peed on as a last-ditch effort to get the smell out. Although it did take a bit longer than they had originally told me, it was so worth it to get my shoes back smelling and feeling nice again! When I finally picked them up, I found out that they had ordered a special chemical just for my shoes so that they would be completely stink free :)\r \r And although the soaking/cleaning had warped the sole a bit, the man (who I assume is the owner of the place) went the extra step to call Puma and do some research for me about possibly replacing the sole. It was so nice to feel so cared for, especially with something as basic as dry cleaning.\r \r I will definitely be bringing all of my special-needs cleaning items to them! more

Pros: Definite thumbs up. You can drop off your cleaning and shop at Target or Lenscrafters within a block. No discounts or coupons are necessary as the price is always great. more

I've taken numerous pieces there and they always come back correctly. Once in a while, the pants are pressed, so there are 2 front seams, but usually that doesn't happen. When a spot appeard on my suit pants that wasn't there before, the owner and manager made sure to take care of it. While they were able to get the spot out on the 2nd try, the owner would have compensated me for the error. I would recommend this place and think it is valuable, although the price is now $2.59 vs. the $2.29 that the message says. Pros: Reliable, Cost Effective, Good service. Cons: Only on the E. metro. more
