Review content:
I dont even want to give this place a star if I had the option on this post but I dont. I called to find out about fees and they said I had to come down to the gym to do that. I initially asked if they had month to month because I did not want to get into a contract and they said yes, they have that option. BS! They made you sign a contract! Get to the gym and was not welcomed at all but I needed to get healthy and was just going to avoid that negative part of my experience. Long story short, signed a contract on that visit and I was jipped into having paid a larger amount from the first option presented to me, even after I told the guy I just wanted to workout, dont need the other options...but got signed up for more than just their Gold membership. Snobby receptionist, a car salesmen that just wants to get a contract over with. The staff really makes you feel unwelcomed. The ONLY pro to this club is that I was able to cancel the contract within their 3 business days policy after signing up and expect to get my fees back within the 30 days as they stateed. I'm now having to wait for a check in the mail for what they charged my credit card. A little unconventional. If you can swipe the card for a charge then you can swipe it for a refund! The staff needs an attitude adjustment for sure!
Pros: 3 business day policy for cancelling contract
Cons: Everything else especially the staff and contract options!
