I have been a member at Vision Quest for quit some time now, and if you are not a member this place is great. They have a huge free weight room!! I like to do free weights vs. the machines so this place is perfect for my needs. I have been lifting for about 20 years so I thought I was a pro until the owners talked me in to doing a free monthly session with one of their trainers. I did it thinking what do they know that I don't know. I was shocked this guy had me using bands and dumbells and my body weight and he kicked my butt. It was awesome!!! So I would recommend this club to EVERYONE!!!!! Pros: awesome trainers, big facility, and nice staff Cons: i guess having a big facility could be bad for some????? NOT ME THOUGH!
