Vision Quest is the best. The location is great. The trainers are helpful. The price is great. The equipment is always available. There are always classes going on that are free (except for boxing, wrestling, and judo). Apex gym as well. I've been a member for three years now (since it opened). It's been the longest gym membership I've had. There maybe more chain gyms opening up in Federal Way and Auburn but I doubt the staff will be very helpful as Vision Quest is.
Pros: Plenty of parking, Open 24 hours, Inexpensive
