I can't believe the critics below. Oscar and Carlos have served the people of Queens (and other cities) for over 10 years, earning the respect and trust of the whole community. The ""Oscar Da Silva salon"" is full of professional and kind people. I highly recommend this place, you don't have to take my word, just stand outside of their salon for 15 minutes and you will see all the customers coming in (trustfull) and out (happy and beautiful).
Pros: Professional and kind
Cons: They don't have more salons spread out in NYC
